Your Background

• Demonstrated experience in tendering, proposals, commercial management, service sales or a comparable position.
• Technical understanding of service solutions, preferably within the electrical, energy or related industrial sector.
• Strong capability in costing, pricing, margin analysis and financial modelling.
• Working knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, commercial risk and contract‑management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and competing priorities within demanding submission timelines.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and project‑coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical capability and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical and commercial information effectively.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work across sales, engineering, operations and legal teams.
