WesTrac Tom Price is seeking an Administrator - Service Operations to provide high-quality administrative support to the Tom Price team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this fixed-term maternity cover role runs for 12 months, with a Mon-Fri roster and 8.5-hour days.

You will handle purchasing, time capture reporting, archiving, training coordination, audits, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring WesTrac policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Relevant administrative qualification at tertiary level or several years' experience in a similar level influencing role.
• Professional level computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Effective communication including active listening and clear questioning.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality administrative support across the team.
• Handling purchase requisitions and overseeing the purchasing process.
• Managing time capture reporting to ensure accurate records.
• Maintaining archives and documentation organization.
• Ensuring compliance with WesTrac policies and procedures.
• Coordinating and managing training requirements for staff.
• Overseeing safety and contamination control audits.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
