Job summary

WesTrac Cat is seeking an Operations Support Administrator based in Perth, supporting regional branches and contract sites from the Perth operations team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality administrative and operational support across the network, coordinating onboarding, travel, procurement and day-to-day activities.

You will engage with branch teams and stakeholders to ensure services run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
• Strong computer literacy skills, Microsoft Office proficiency and SAP experience highly regarded.
• Time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional administrative and customer support across WesTrac's operations network, ensuring requests are actioned accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, mobilisation, travel, accommodation, training and workforce administration activities.
• Maintain business records, compliance documentation, training matrices and quality assurance systems to support operational excellence.
• Provide procurement, finance and work order administration support, including purchase requisitions, vendor invoicing and expense processing.
• Support site, branch and contract operations through effective stakeholder communication, scheduling and coordination activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service delivery and customer experience.
