Westpoint Autos in Brisbane is seeking a Service Manager to lead service operations for MG and XPENG at our Seventeen Mile Rocks site, a large-scale, high-volume dealership.

You will manage a team of technicians, advisors and admin staff, drive KPIs, ensure exceptional customer service and collaborate with sales, parts and pre-delivery to grow the business.

Formación

• Experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager within a dealership environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a multi-brand setting.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for customer service and team development.

As a Service Manager at Westpoint Autos, you'll oversee service operations for MG and XPENG brands at our Seventeen Mile Rocks site, a large-scale, high-volume facility. You'll be responsible for steering day-to-day operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading a team of technical and front-of-house professionals.
