• The ability to work towards and consistently achieve KPIs.
• Current Australian driver's licence.
• Experience managing a vehicle brand, dealership department or sales team will be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the vehicle brand
• Drive new and used vehicle sales performance and profitability
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, margins and inventory levels
• Maintain strong relationships with the manufacturer and brand representatives
• Manage vehicle stock, demonstrators and showroom presentation
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and sales performance
• Oversee advertising, promotions and local marketing initiatives
• Ensure dealership policies, manufacturer standards and compliance requirements are met
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of dealership staff

Key Responsibilities
