Augusta Motor Company, part of One SMG Group, is seeking a Fixed Operations Manager to lead the Service and Parts Departments in Port Augusta. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive performance, develop teams and enhance customer satisfaction in a key leadership role.

• Lead and support the Service and Parts teams.

• Oversee warranty, compliance and manufacturer requirements.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Work closely with the dealership leadership team to achieve business objectives.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead our Service and Parts Departments.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving departmental performance, leading and developing your teams, improving customer satisfaction and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of Fixed Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Service and Parts teams
• Drive productivity, profitability and operational performance
• Monitor budgets, KPIs and departmental results
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance

About You

• Leadership experience within automotive Service, Parts or Fixed Operations
• Strong commercial and financial understanding
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and team performance
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills
• Customer-focused and results-driven
• Organised, proactive and solution-oriented
• Sound understanding of dealership operations and manufacturer standards
