Matched Recruitment PTY Ltd is recruiting an experienced Service Manager to run the fire contractor's service department in Melbourne. You will have autonomy to manage daily operations with support from the regional team, and you will oversee a busy wet fire service team.

The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight of a P&L, and liaison with high-profile clients. A background in the fire industry and knowledge of relevant standards are preferred.

Competenze

• 1+ years of service management experience within the fire industry
• Strong people management skills and knowledge of all relevant industry standards
• Trade experience within the fire industry would be preferred but is not essential

• Have financial responsibility for a P&L, provide accurate forecasts and attend budget meetings

$140,000-150,000 + Super + Vehicle Allowance

We're currently working alongside a high-performing and largely established fire contractor who are now looking to hire an experienced Service Manager to run their service department.

This is a crucial position within the organisation where you'll be handed full autonomy to run things your way with support on hand whenever needed!
