Job summary

VAE Group is seeking a results-oriented leader to run its Service operations in Darwin. You will lead a team of HVAC Service Technicians, drive labour productivity and branch performance, and partner with the Regional Manager NT to achieve revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Relocation support is available for the right candidate, and a safety-first culture underpins all activities as you balance operational performance with strong customer relationships and commercial

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC or mechanical services with focus on safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Monitor labour productivity, profitability and branch performance

• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Lead, coach and support a team of HVAC Service Technicians
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver service levels
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service/work
• Review quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation

Your day to day looks like

• Monitoring labour productivity, profitability and branch performance
• Partnering with the Regional Manager NT to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets
• Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement
• Leading, coaching and supporting a team of HVAC Service Technicians
• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levels
• Building trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project work
• Reviewing quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation

• Experience within HVAC (preferred), mechanical services, facilities management or another technical service industry

• The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
