Job summary

Equans ANZ is seeking skilled HVAC professionals to join Western Australia’s Mechanical Services Team, delivering maintenance and service across a diverse portfolio of facilities from museums to hospitals and energy plants. You’ll work with autonomy on high-profile sites and have ongoing training and career progression.

Central Plant experience is valued, and you’ll be supported by experienced managers while mentoring apprentices and expanding your HVAC expertise across emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Central Plant experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and reactive service on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in complex equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and manage your workload with autonomy.
• Mentor apprentices and share your expertise with the team.
• Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team to deliver high-quality service.
• Continue upskilling to stay ahead of emerging HVAC technologies.
