Job summary

United Disability Care Pty is seeking a Service Leader to oversee a SIL service with a structured Monday-to-Friday roster. The role blends hands-on SIL support with dedicated leadership hours and a commitment to person-led care for participants.

The salary is competitive with SCHADS award and salary packaging options available. You will lead by example, ensuring quality, compliant support in line with NDIS requirements, while growing your leadership skills within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support, preferably within SIL.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Reliable attendance for early morning roster.
• Ability to lead by example and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart and build relationships with participants and staff.
• Ensure person-led support and empower goals.
• Guide, motivate and support the team to deliver quality care.
• Stay hands-on during SIL hours and manage daily operations.
• Drive quality and compliance with NDIS requirements.
• Lead by example and grow leadership capability.
