Qualifications

• Experience in contributing to a Service Management function across a diverse organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to apply ITIL Service Management principles, including change enablement and incident management.
• Experience with problem management and reporting/documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support incident and change management activities for IT services across government.
• Contribute to day-to-day administration and governance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Help ensure services are delivered consistently and with high quality.
