Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyse problems, and identify practical solutions.
Experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Windows, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.

Responsibilities

Providing end-to-end ICT support by diagnosing, resolving, and escalating incidents and service requests.
Supporting business applications, system testing, release activities, and deployment processes.
Monitoring operational activities and coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver professional, customer-focused support.
Contributing to service improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of support processes and standards.
Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
