The Department of Treasury and Finance seeks a Service Delivery Officer to support incident and change management, contribute to day-to-day ServiceNow administration, and help ensure services are delivered consistently across SA Government. This ongoing role offers a path within OCIO and exposure to high‑impact digital infrastructure.

You will work within established governance, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive continuous service improvements, with a focus on reliable customer

Qualifications

• Itil Service Management experience incl. change, incident, major incident, and problem management.
• Experience with ITSM tools and reporting in a diverse organisation.
• Able to develop new processes and drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Support incident and change management across government IT services.
• Gain hands-on experience with incident and change processes in a service delivery environment.
• Assist with day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
• Work within established service management frameworks and governance processes to support high-quality service outcomes.
• Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to help maintain reliable services and deliver positive customer experiences.
