Kirinari Community Services in Lavington NSW is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for Logistics and Compliance Systems. You will oversee fleet assets, onboarding systems, and provider governance, while driving dashboards and analytics to improve operational decisions.

The role requires detailed, audit-ready work, strong communication with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Some travel across Kirinari’s footprint is expected.

Formación

• Demonstrated knowledge of fleet asset management lifecycle, maintenance, compliance, registration, insurance and utilisation management.
• Experience in contract and agreement administration with due diligence and compliance in regulated environments.
• Ability to quality-assure work via audits/reviews and provide technical guidance without line authority.
• Strong technical ability across fleet management, telematics, contract/records systems and MS 365, incl. dashboards and KPIs.
• Experience improving automated onboarding, monitoring, and validation processes with IT and vendors.
• Good budgeting understanding and ability to analyse whole-of-life costs and invoices.
• Ability to work independently with shifting priorities and multi-department collaboration.
• Superior written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement with policies and controlled documents.
• Current Australian Class C driver licence and willingness to travel across Kirinari footprint.

Responsabilidades

• Manage associate providers, home maintenance, minor modifications, and motor vehicle fleet assets.
• Configure and roll out new systems; develop dashboards to support decision-making.
• Oversee onboarding, monitoring, and validation processes with IT and vendors.
• Collaborate across departments to align logistics operations with strategic direction.
• Travel across Kirinari footprint as required and maintain audit-ready records.
