SG Fleet is seeking a proactive Delivery Co-ordinator in Sydney, NSW. You will manage orders, coordinate vehicle deliveries, and ensure client requirements are met with exemplary service. The role collaborates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate outcomes.

You will thrive on organisational challenges, demonstrate strong communication, and uphold high attention to detail while supporting wellness and development benefits offered by SG Fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Business acumen and awareness of commercial factors.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication, listening and probing skills.

Responsabilités

• Reply to new vehicle orders accurately and promptly.
• Update vehicle delivery movements to meet timeframes.
• Coordinate asset delivery according to orders and client needs.
• Arrange supplier payments with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet objectives.
• Support the team with administrative tasks to boost efficiency.
• Provide wellness days as part of employee benefits.
