Mankoo Freightlines is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our commercial vehicle fleet in NSW. You will manage fleet utilisation, maintenance, costs, and compliance while coordinating resources to support transport schedules and daily operations.

The role requires knowledge of Australian transport regulations (NHVR, CoR), strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to liaise with drivers, suppliers and service providers.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role within transport.
• Sound knowledge of Australian transport regulations including NHVR and CoR.
• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance, scheduling and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day management of the commercial vehicle fleet to ensure safe, reliable transport operations.
• Organise procurement, maintenance and replacement of fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Coordinate transport orders, plan vehicle allocation and schedules to maximise fleet utilisation.
• Monitor utilisation, fuel consumption and costs; implement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with registration, insurance, road safety and WHS requirements.
