Job summary

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Australian driver’s licence and willingness to obtain T code.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Experience in administration and personnel management, ideally in transport, logistics or community service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organisational and time management ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations across multiple locations.
• Administer scheduling of drivers and vehicles.
• Manage a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
• Ensure older Australians and vulnerable community members get to appointments and activities.
