Global Compliance Certification PTY LTD in North Sydney is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our Scheduling Team and oversee the delivery of audit and certification services. You will report to the Director of Operations and manage client relationships, contractor auditors, and operational processes to ensure high service standards and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on efficient scheduling, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of workflows using Salesforce

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Management.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce.
• Experience leading teams in service delivery or operations.
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong compliance focus.
• Australian work rights.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Scheduling Team.
• Oversee audit scheduling, capacity planning and timely delivery.
• Manage client relationships, enquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of contractor auditors.
• Monitor service delivery performance and implement improvements.
• Work with Compliance Managers to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Improve workflows and reporting using Salesforce and other systems.
