Job summary

InfoConsulting Australia is hiring a Senior Service Delivery Manager to own the service for a strategic client in Sydney. The role requires accountability for SLA performance, governance, and a blended onshore/offshore delivery model.

You will lead the service desk interface, drive continual improvement, and manage commercial aspects of the account. The position is based on site with the customer in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Senior experience in service delivery management or equivalent.
• Strong ITIL-aligned service management experience across incident, problem, change, release and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the named service owner and primary contact for the customer, responsible for delivery and SLA achievement.
• Own performance against contracted service levels and manage service credits.
• Lead governance cadences, reporting and executive summaries.
• Manage onshore/offshore delivery team and commercial relationship day to day.
• Lead continual service improvement programmes and onboarding transitions.
