Job summary

InfoConsulting Australia is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead a blended onshore Sydney team and offshore delivery centre, owning service performance against SLA and driving governance with the customer.

The role reports to the Managing Director ANZ and focuses on end-to-end service ownership, incident and change management, and delivering continuous improvement across a flagship, multi-year engagement. Based on site in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Based in Sydney and available to work on site.
• Willing to complete ISO 27001 security screening before starting.
• Experience delivering managed services under contracted SLAs.
• Strong ITIL-aligned service management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as service owner for delivery, SLA achievement, and issue escalation.
• Lead a blended onshore/offshore team to meet targets.
• Run governance cadence with monthly reviews and executive reporting.
• Maintain reporting suite including executive summaries and incident reports.
• Drive continual service improvement and transition onboarding.
