Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM, ERP or service management systems is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and act as the primary operational contact.
- Coordinate scheduling, workflow and job completion.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate parts ordering and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records and financial transactions for service work.
- Monitor performance, risk and compliance across service activities.
- Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
