Extinguisher Services is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our friendly, family-owned team in the Sydney area. You will work with an experienced team to coordinate service and maintenance of fire equipment and services.

This full-time role is based in Rydalmere and includes on-the-job training, career progression opportunities, and supportive management to help you grow in the fire protection industry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Fire Industry Knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Experience with Uptick or similar industry based platform.

We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team environment.

About Extinguisher Services Pty Ltd

We are an independent, Australian owned and operated Fire Protection Company established in 1971, with extensive history and experience in the industry. We supply, install and maintain a large range of fire protection services across a diverse range of properties, markets and industries.

About the Position

As a service coordinator, you will be working independently & with an experienced team to facilitate the delivery of service and maintenance of fire equipment & services.

The right person will receive training and support to grow in this role & further their career in the fire protection industry.

Duties

• Scheduling & allocation of works
• Processing of technicians reports & defects
• Quotations
• Client Relations
• Related Administration Tasks

The ideal candidate would have:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Fire Industry Knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and time management skills
• Experience with Uptick or similar industry based platform
