Job summary

APAC FM Recruitment is partnering with a Tier 1 facilities management business to appoint a Service Co-ordinator - Fire in Keysborough, Melbourne VIC. You will coordinate Fire Service Technicians across a diverse commercial portfolio to ensure timely service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

This permanent full-time role offers a salary of $75,000-$85,000 plus Super, with hybrid work-from-home options and a modern office in Keysborough.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Planning role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating field technicians is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily work for Fire Service Technicians.
• Manage technician diaries and optimise job allocations.
• Liaise with clients regarding bookings, service requests and updates.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and scheduling changes.
• Ensure service jobs are completed within required timeframes.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

About the Role

As the Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of Fire Service Technicians across a diverse commercial portfolio. You'll work closely with technicians, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and customers receive outstanding service.
