The Entire Group in Melbourne is seeking a full-time Fire Service Coordinator to drive a busy maintenance and service desk, coordinating technicians across multiple sites and keeping schedules aligned. You will transform service requests and work orders into actions, keep clients informed, and ensure records and compliance are kept up to date.

An exciting opportunity has come up for a full time Fire Service Coordinator to join our Fire Service and Maintenance team.

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Coordinator who can keep the wheels turning, the calendars aligned, and all the moving parts working in harmony. Think of yourself as the central hub where people, plans, and problem-solving all connect.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind:

• Orchestrating maintenance technicians across a variety of sites
• Turning service requests and work orders into smooth, well-executed actions
• Keeping clients informed and teams in sync
• Staying on top of records, compliance, and the finer details

About You

• Experience in service coordination or scheduling, especially in building services or maintenance teams
