Job summary

HR Partners is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator in Hillsdale or Ingleburn to keep building projects on track. You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating tasks, coordinating between clients, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on site.

You’ll handle customer calls, schedule contractors for on-site jobs, manage maintenance requests, and provide regular updates to customers and contractors to keep everyone aligned and informed.

• Answer inbound & outbound calls, helping customers with maintenance requests

• Keep customers & contractors in the loop with regular updates
