Qualifications

• Answer inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding maintenance requests.
• Book and schedule contractors for on-site jobs.
• Keep customers and contractors updated with progress.
• Process invoices and finalize completed jobs.
• Tackle general administrative tasks to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound & outbound calls, helping customers with maintenance requests
• Book & schedule contractors for on-site jobs
• Keep customers & contractors in the loop with regular updates
• Process invoices & finalise completed jobs
• Tackle general admin tasks to keep projects on track
