Responsibilities

• Assign engineers/technicians based on skillset and job requirements.
• Coordinate with customers for site/equipment readiness.

• Ensure regular updates are communicated to customers.
• Manage purchase orders for tools and other purchases.
• Work closely with other coordinators to ensure service delivery.

What You Will Do:

• Assign engineers/technicians based on skillset, location, and job requirements.
• Coordinate with customers for site/equipment readiness, delivery, and scheduling.
• Plan and manage job scheduling for both field and service centre activities, including travel, trainings and inductions.
• Ensure regular updates are communicated to customers at every key milestone or as per customer requests.
• Consolidate and book costs/hours, handing over to CSC for invoicing within 10 business days of job completion.
• Manage purchase orders for tools, calibration, PPE, and other non-spare part purchases.
• Work closely with other coordinators, managers, and teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
