Job summary

Alfa Laval in Australia is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to support field and service centre activities at Kwinana Beach, WA. You will assign engineers, coordinate with customers on site readiness and delivery, and manage scheduling and invoicing handovers to ensure timely service delivery.

The role requires strong time management, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign engineers/technicians based on skillset, location, and job requirements.
• Coordinate with customers for site/equipment readiness, delivery, and scheduling.
• Plan and manage job scheduling for both field and service centre activities, including travel, trainings and inductions.
• Ensure regular updates are communicated to customers at every key milestone or as per customer requests.
• Consolidate and book costs/hours, handing over to CSC for invoicing within 10 business days of job completion.
• Manage purchase orders for tools, calibration, PPE, and other non-spare part purchases.
• Work closely with other coordinators, managers, and teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
