Job summary

Alfa Laval Corporate AB is seeking a proactive coordinator in Western Australia to lead scheduling and coordination for field and service centre activities. You will liaise with customers, plan resource allocation, and ensure timely updates and accurate invoicing handovers.

The role requires strong time-management, independent work capability, and excellent communication across stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination and planning roles is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assign engineers/technicians based on skillset, location, and job requirements.
• Coordinate with customers for site/equipment readiness, delivery, and scheduling.
• Plan and manage job scheduling for field and service centre activities, including travel, trainings and inductions.
• Ensure regular updates are communicated to customers at milestones or on request.
• Consolidate and book costs/hours, handing over to CSC for invoicing within 10 business days of job completion.
• Manage purchase orders for tools, calibration, PPE, and other non-spare part purchases.
