Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Commercial Manager - Service to lead ANZ service contract growth and ensure profitable, customer-centric outcomes across Australia and New Zealand. You will own renewals, manage strategic service accounts and collaborate with service, sales, and leadership teams to drive recurring revenue and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing contracts, tenders, renewals and commercial negotiations within a service-driven environment.
• Proven ability to grow recurring service revenue and optimize contract profitability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ANZ service contract growth strategy to increase recurring revenue and contract penetration.
• Lead the commercial management of strategic service accounts to drive retention, growth and profitability.
• Own the service contract renewal process, including quotations and tenders, to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
• Partner with Service, Sales, Product Management and Leadership to align commercial priorities and drive growth initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights on pricing, service offerings, contract models and market opportunities.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements balancing customer outcomes and profitability.
• Analyse market trends and installed base data to identify opportunities for growth across the service portfolio.
• Lead and develop a small team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
