Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Commercial Manager - Service to drive growth and profitability of our ANZ service business from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. You will balance customer needs with contract terms while guiding strategic initiatives across service contracts, renewals and recurring revenue.

This leadership role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management and financial acumen to expand the service portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing contracts, tenders, renewals and commercial negotiations within a service-driven environment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing recurring revenue portfolios.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills with influence across teams.
• Experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ANZ service contract growth strategy to increase recurring revenue.
• Lead commercial management of strategic service accounts, driving retention and profitability.
• Own service contract renewals, quotations and tenders to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with Service, Sales, Product Management and Leadership to align priorities.
• Provide pricing, service offering and contract model insights to support performance.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements balancing customer outcomes and risk.
• Analyze market trends and installed base data to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a small team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
