Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Commercial Manager - Service to lead ANZ service contract growth and ensure profitable, customer-centric outcomes across Australia and New Zealand. • Partner with Service, Sales, Product Management and Leadership to align commercial priorities and drive growth initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights on pricing, service offerings, contract models and market opportunities.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements balancing customer outcomes and profitability.
• Analyse market trends and installed base data to identify opportunities for growth across the service portfolio.

Based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, we are looking for a Commercial Manager - Service to join the Getinge Service & Projects team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth, profitability and commercial performance of our service business across Australia and New Zealand. This newly created leadership position will combine strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional customer value while growing recurring service revenue and strengthening long‑term customer partnerships.

About The Role

In this role you will:

• Develop and execute the ANZ service contract growth strategy, identifying opportunities to increase recurring revenue, contract penetration and customer lifetime value.
• Lead the commercial management of strategic service accounts, building strong customer relationships and driving contract retention, growth and profitability.
• Own the service contract renewal process, ensuring renewals, quotations and tenders are proactively managed and successfully delivered.
• Partner with Service, Sales, Product Management and Leadership teams to align commercial priorities and deliver business growth initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights on pricing, service offerings, contract models and market opportunities to support long‑term business performance.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and contractual terms while balancing customer outcomes, business risk and profitability.
• Analyse market trends, competitive activity and installed base data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation across the service portfolio.
• Lead and develop a small team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

You are an experienced commercial leader who understands how to balance customer needs, contractual obligations and business performance. You thrive in complex stakeholder environments and have a track record of driving growth through strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen and effective relationship management.

You Will Bring

• Significant experience managing contracts, tenders, renewals and commercial negotiations within a service‑driven environment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing recurring revenue portfolios and contract profitability.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both customers and internal teams.
• Experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• A strong understanding of contracts and risk management, including reviewing and negotiating complex contractual terms.
• Leadership experience, with a proven ability to coach, develop and motivate high‑performing teams.
