Job summary

Getinge Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Commercial Manager - Service to lead the ANZ service portfolio, driving recurring revenue growth and stronger customer partnerships.

In this role you will develop and execute growth strategies for ANZ service contracts, manage strategic accounts, and own renewals. You will collaborate with Service, Sales, Product Management and Leadership to align priorities and improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing contracts, tenders, renewals and commercial negotiations within a service-driven environment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing recurring revenue portfolios and contract profitability.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both customers and internal teams.
• Experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Leadership experience coaching, developing and motivating high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ANZ service contract growth strategy, identifying opportunities to increase recurring revenue, contract penetration and customer lifetime value.
• Lead the commercial management of strategic service accounts, building strong customer relationships and driving contract retention, growth and profitability.
• Own the service contract renewal process, ensuring renewals, quotations and tenders are proactively managed and successfully delivered.
• Partner with Service, Sales, Product Management and Leadership teams to align commercial priorities and deliver business growth initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights on pricing, service offerings, contract models and market opportunities to support long-term business performance.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and contractual terms while balancing customer outcomes, business risk and profitability.
• Analyse market trends, competitive activity and installed base data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation across the service portfolio.
• Lead and develop a small team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
