Job summary

Sesami is seeking a Service Centre Technician to join our team on a full-time basis at our Lidcombe, NSW office. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining quality and efficiency in production and repair operations, troubleshooting equipment issues and stagging machines.

You will work with a range of electromechanical equipment, perform diagnostic tests, document maintenance activities, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with and servicing electromechanical equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
• Capable of working unsupervised and communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

• Stagging machines before installation in the field.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using testing equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections during production and/or repair processes.
• Assemble, disassemble and reassemble equipment components as required.
• Keep detailed maintenance and parts usage records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with regulations.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems using appropriate testing equipment and procedures

Conduct quality inspections on products and components throughout the production and/or repair process

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
