You'll respond to service calls, perform routine maintenance, diagnose faults, document work, and work closely with senior technicians to learn best practices on cutting-edge equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer service calls and attending job sites in a timely manner.
• Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on equipment and systems.
• Installing, repairing, and replacing components as required.
• Diagnosing technical faults and identifying appropriate solutions.
• Documenting work completed and maintaining accurate service records.
• Communicating effectively with customers to explain work completed and provide advice on equipment care.
• Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Supporting senior technicians and learning best practices from experienced team members.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained.
