Job summary

Aptella is seeking a well-organised Service Centre Coordinator to join our Archerfield, QLD team. You will sit at the center of our service operations, booking repairs, scheduling technicians and keeping customers informed from booking to completion.

You’ll manage quotations, invoices and service records, coordinate collections and returns, and support stock replenishment and showroom enquiries. This is a full-time role with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, customer service, or administration.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple jobs and priorities.
• Accurate record keeping and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with business systems and electronic documentation.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Book in customer repairs and internal service jobs
• Schedule and manage Service Centre technician workloads
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and turnaround times
• Prepare service and sales quotations and invoices
• Coordinate repair collections and returns
• Maintain accurate service, product and warranty records
• Support stock transfers and spare parts replenishment
• Liaise with Finance on customer credit and collections
• Assist with showroom enquiries and product recommendations
• Identify opportunities to improve service processes and workflow
