Job summary

Aptella Pty Ltd in Hobart is seeking a friendly front-counter customer service representative to support the Service Centre, showroom and branch team. You’ll help customers with service bookings, showroom sales, quotations, repair collections and general enquiries.

You will work closely with Service, Sales, Finance, Rental and Field Service teams to keep enquiries and bookings flowing smoothly, maintain accurate records and deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, service coordination or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence handling customer enquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Good computer skills and confidence learning business systems.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A professional and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a high level of service at the front counter.
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the right team.
• Process service bookings and showroom sales.
• Prepare service and sales quotations.
• Keep customers updated on service status and repair progress.
• Assist with repair collections, service invoicing and stock requests.
• Support rental and technical support enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and job information.
• Work closely with Service, Sales, Finance, Rental and Field Service teams.
