Responsibilities

• Coordinate service bookings and technician/contractor schedules, communicating changes promptly.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide updates on bookings, job progress and service outcomes.
• Prepare quotes, invoices and service documentation, maintaining accurate records.
• Follow up completed work and ensure jobs are properly closed out with customers and in the service management system.
• Prepare preventative maintenance quotes and contact existing customers to arrange bookings.
• Review service debtors weekly and follow up outstanding accounts in line with requirements.
