Castle Hill Toyota in Castle Hill, NSW, is seeking a Service Bookings Clerk to join our busy service team on a full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, manage the booking system and coordinate with service technicians to keep bookings running smoothly.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with courtesy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing administrative or service coordination role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with computer systems and booking/scheduling software.

Responsabilités

• Answering customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding service bookings and vehicle maintenance.
• Managing the appointment scheduling system to efficiently allocate service slots and minimise customer wait times.
• Recording accurate customer and vehicle information in our booking system.
• Confirming service appointments and sending reminders to customers prior to their scheduled visits.
• Liaising with service technicians and workshop staff to coordinate workload and manage service capacity.
• Processing customer payments and issuing invoices for services rendered.
• Maintaining accurate records of all bookings, cancellations, and service history.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving booking-related queries professionally and courteously.
• Supporting the service department with administrative tasks as required.
