Job summary

Surf Motor Group in Tweed Heads is hiring for a full-time Customer Service, Bookings and Admin role. You don’t need car knowledge—your people skills are the key. You’ll join a brand-new team and receive paid, structured training, with the potential to become a Toyota certified service advisor.

You’ll greet customers, book services, relay details to technicians, manage paperwork, collect payments, and keep customers updated while their car is with us. A NSW driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Front of house, hospitality, retail, reception, bookings or admin experience.
• A warm, clear way of talking with people.
• Good organisation and following a process.
• Comfort with computers and eagerness to learn new systems.
• A current NSW driver’s licence.

Customer Service & Bookings Team – Full Training Provided

We’re building a brand-new customer team, and we want you in it from day one.

We’re hiring four people for full-time customer service, bookings and administration roles at our Tweed Heads dealership. You don’t need to know anything about cars. If you’ve looked after customers in a restaurant, hotel, shop, clinic or call centre, you already have the hardest skill, and we’ll handle the training.

What you’ll do

You’ll be the friendly voice and smiling face our customers deal with, whether by phone, email, text or in person. Day to day, that looks like:

Welcoming customers and making them feel looked after from the moment they arrive

Booking services and listening carefully to what each customer needs

Passing those details clearly to our technicians and keeping paperwork accurate

Keeping customers updated while their car is with us, so no one is left wondering

Explaining invoices in plain language and taking payments

Handling the admin behind the scenes that keeps our workshop running smoothly

The tasks are consistent, but every customer is different, and that’s what makes the job rewarding.

We’ll train you

You’ll get structured, paid training in our systems and processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to become a Toyota certified service advisor, a qualification that opens real career doors.

What we’re looking for

Front of house, hospitality, retail, reception, bookings or admin experience

Good organisation, and you’re comfortable following a process

What’s in it for you

$60,000–$70,000 base + super, depending on experience

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, plus a rotating Saturday morning roster (8:00am–12:00pm)
