In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service whilst driving sales of quality used vehicles. You will be the face of Castle Hill Toyota, building lasting relationships with customers and helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers to the dealership in a warm and professional manner

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or Sales Representative, preferably within the automotive or retail sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach

Knowledge of the automotive industry and used vehicle market is advantageous

Ability to work independently whilst thriving in a team environment

High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively

Genuine passion for customer service and satisfaction

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or dealership software is preferred
