Job summary

Penrith Toyota is looking for a friendly, organised Service Receptionist to join our busy Service Department in Kingswood. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and well cared for from the moment they arrive or call.

Working with Service Advisors and the wider team, you'll handle enquiries, bookings and admin while keeping the department running smoothly. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with Saturdays as required, offering a competitive

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our Service Department in a friendly and professional manner.
• Meeting guests and taking enquiries and service bookings.
• Writing up repair orders.
• Keeping guests updated on vehicle progress.
• Organising courtesy vehicles.
• Estimating the cost and time needed to complete jobs.
• Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is completed on time.
• Gaining authorisation for additional work.
• Handing guest complaints.
• Helping to bring new business into the service department.
• Promoting the dealership and the Brand.
• Work closely with the wider Service team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information within our dealership systems.

The Role
