Job summary

Wodonga Car World in Victoria seeks a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for customers. You will book services, greet customers, coordinate with technicians, and help keep the service department running smoothly.

In this full-time role you will work closely with the Service Manager and dealership team, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining records, handling inquiries, invoicing support, and contributing to a positive community-focused

As our Service Advisor / Service Receptionist, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers visiting or contacting our Service Department. You will play an important role in ensuring customers receive a positive experience from the moment they book their vehicle in for servicing through to collection. Working closely with our Service Manager, technicians and dealership team, you will deliver exceptional customer service and support daily workshop operations.

Key responsibilities
