Job summary

Wodonga Car World in Victoria seeks a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for customers. You will book services, greet customers, coordinate with technicians, and help keep the service department running smoothly.

In this full-time role you will work closely with the Service Manager and dealership team, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining records, handling inquiries, invoicing support, and contributing to a positive community-focused

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or reception.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact.
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
• Booking vehicle services, repairs and maintenance appointments.
• Preparing and managing service bookings and repair orders.
• Communicating with customers regarding vehicle progress, additional work and estimated completion times.
• Liaising with technicians and the Service Manager to ensure smooth daily workshop operations.
• Assisting with customer enquiries, invoicing and vehicle collection.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and service documentation.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and helping build lasting customer relationships.
• Supporting the wider Service Department with general administration and daily operational tasks.
