• Current driver's licence and willingness to occasionally move customer vehicles.

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor - Automotive to join the team at RINGWOOD GWM in Ringwood, Victoria. This is a full-time position based on-site at our service centre. As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service department, ensuring every vehicle receives expert care whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role is essential to our business, as you will directly influence customer retention, revenue generation, and the already built reputation of our Service Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements and concerns
• Providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs and service options
• Writing accurate service estimates and obtaining customer authorisation

• A current driver's licence and willingness to occasionally move customer vehicles as required
• Preferably, knowledge of GWM vehicle models and dealership systems would be advantageous
