Job summary

HFH Auto Group's Berwick Ford in Melbourne's South East is seeking a Service Advisor who aims for a career, not just a job. You’ll be the friendly face in the service department, managing the customer journey from arrival to finish, bookings, quotes and invoicing.

You’ll need strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while upholding standards. Training and growth are priorities within a supportive team.

You’ll be the face of our Service department, the person our customers trust from the moment they walk in. Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll own the customer journey end to end, greeting and serving customers, creating bookings, costing and invoicing, preparing quotes, selling work, and keeping everything running smoothly alongside our Workshop Controller, Foreman and Service Manager.

No two days are the same, and every one of them matters.

What you’ll be doing

• Scheduling service appointments and looking after customer walk-ins
• Keeping an even, steady flow of work through the department
• Upholding our company standards, policies and procedures
• Using our DMS confidently and accurately
• Creating, costing and closing repair orders
• Selling labour within company guidelines
• Building strong working relationships across every department
