As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our technical teams, translating vehicle maintenance needs into clear service plans whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role is essential to our business, directly impacting customer retention, revenue generation, and the overall reputation of our dealership.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting customers and conducting thorough vehicle assessments to understand their service requirements and concerns
• Preparing accurate service quotations and explaining recommended maintenance or repairs to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Scheduling service appointments and managing the workflow of the service department to optimise efficiency
• Communicating with service technicians to provide detailed work orders and ensure all customer requirements are understood
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process and notifying them of any additional issues discovered during inspections
• Processing invoices, managing customer payments, and maintaining accurate service records
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and longevity
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and positive referrals
