Central Highlands Toyota Emerald is seeking a Customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our afte​​rmarket team in Emerald, Central Queensland. You will be the critical link between customers and the workshop, ensuring service experiences are professional and seamless.

You will greet customers, book services, prepare estimates, liaise with technicians, and manage invoices while building lasting relationships with clients. A fast-paced, collaborative dealership environment awaits.

About the Role

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, automotive customer service, or similar role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help people
• Professional presentation and attention to detail
• Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology
• The ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
• A current driver's licence

Experience within the automotive industry will be highly regarded, however candidates with strong customer service experience from related industries are encouraged to apply.
