Job summary

Noble Toyota, part of the 4K Automotive Group, invites an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Toyota Service team in Chullora. You will be the first point of contact for service customers, document concerns, and coordinate repairs with workshop staff.

We value teamwork, customer satisfaction, and ongoing development. A NSW driver’s licence is required, with a path to grow in a supportive, family-operated dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic automotive knowledge; willingness to learn essential.
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for service customers, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
• Accurately assess and document customer concerns and vehicle issues.
• Recommend appropriate services and repairs, providing clear and transparent explanations.
• Prepare detailed repair orders and maintain accurate records in the dealership management system.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate and prioritise repair work.
• Provide timely and proactive updates to customers throughout the service process.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Promote dealership maintenance plans, warranty services, and aftercare options.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer service processes and warranty procedures.
• Support service department operations in achieving daily productivity and efficiency targets.

About the Role
