Noble Toyota in Chullora is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Toyota Service team. You will be the first point of contact for service customers, assess and document vehicle issues, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

This role emphasizes clear communication, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction as we support daily service operations and uphold manufacturer processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for service customers, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
• Accurately assess and document customer concerns and vehicle issues.
• Recommend services and repairs with clear explanations.
• Prepare detailed repair orders and maintain records in the dealership system.
• Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate repair work.
• Provide timely updates to customers throughout the service process.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Promote maintenance plans, warranty services and aftercare options.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer service processes and warranty procedures.
• Support service department operations to meet daily productivity targets.

About the Role

• Act as the first point of contact for service customers, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Promote dealership maintenance plans, warranty services, and aftercare options.
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer service processes and warranty procedures.
• Support service department operations in achieving daily productivity and efficiency targets.

Hours: 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
